Terms of Service

By accepting the following Terms and Conditions you agree, acknowledge, and comply to the following:1. The product that you receive is in a digital format; is delivered digitally through electronic media, and there is no physical attribute in relation to this item.2. There will be no refunds or cancellations under any circumstances on the clients side. I retain the right to fully refund a order under any circumstance, unless specified by a signed contract where both parties adhere. Failure to pay the invoice will result in the termination of your slot.2.1 An initial deposit of at least 40% of the invoice is required before I start the work; by paying the initial deposit you receive access to rough sketches, process work, and any updates related to the work. Once the work is complete you will receive access to the finished assets once the invoice is fully paid.3. Any non-commercial specified work received will NOT be used for any type of reselling in any material state, advertising, or business related activities whatsoever. Non-commercial inquiries will not receive a contract to be signed.3.5. Any contract/business work with the intention of promoting, implementing, or advertising a company/group/game will follow the business'/company's Terms of Service/Contract. Furthermore, any inquiries with commercial usage will be required to sign a contract provided by me.4. Revisions BEFORE final confirmation will be free to charge, ANY revisions after the final confirmation will be subject to a fee, Once the commission is complete. There is no going back on a painting once it is completed.5. Any tips that I receive are non-refundable.6. I reserve all rights to my artwork.7. Completed works will be displayed/used as pieces for my portfolio unless stated otherwise.
